Holiday season is a hot time for beauty and personal care shoppers. According to Denise Herich, co-founder of The Benchmarking Company, approximately three out of four women spend more than $30 on a beauty or personal care product for their boyfriend or girlfriend, spouse or parent. She told Happi,  “In our latest Beauty by the Numbers – Beauty Takes a Holiday, we found that 93% of consumers surveyed have purchased a beauty item as a gift for someone; and 72% anticipate purchasing a beauty item as a gift during the 2015 holiday season.”
 
Continued Herich, “And she’d love to receive beauty this holiday too. She shared that her number one holiday beauty desire is fragrance, followed closely by makeup sets.”
